Angela and Zac are such a relaxed couple to work with. Despite having a very tight schedule, they didn’t forget to enjoy their Mer Bleue Bog engagement session, and it was so much fun to capture them cherishing their time in Ottawa. We absolutely love seeing couples truly enjoying every moment of their session and not being absorbed by the stress of wedding preparation.
This couple lives in Calgary and only flew back to Ottawa for their wedding weekend. They only had a week to do their engagement session in Mer Bleue Bog and have their wedding in the same week. As their Ottawa wedding photographers, we were impressed with how calm they were together. We could feel the warm personality of the couple in every shot, which perfectly blended in their serene location. One of our favorites was capturing their golden hour photos. The natural scenery, together with the softer daylight, created a light yet dreamy vibe to it. Being their Ottawa wedding photographers, we knew they had to have a session during the magic hour. Thankfully, we got the opportunity to do so.
From start to finish, our session went so smoothly. We enjoyed every moment shared by the couple. Angela and Zac were incredibly romantic as they explored the green and spectacular lushes of Mer Bleue Bog. The candid shots of them walking and Zac being a perfect gentleman gave us a glimpse of how they are as a couple. Everything turned out so perfectly! Not to mention how adorable their golden hour photos turned out with the special participation of their dog that came all the way from Calgary!
